Fantastic Voyage - Skinning problem @ Simon or Alan if possible

Ive almost finished the skinning, but on the last hurdle the legs would not mirror the skinning info - how many times I hit apply it does not seem to like. Have you any pointers what I might be doing wrong. thanks
